My husband and I have been working hard for the past five years. And now we are very excited because we finally met our target savings for our dream house. We both filed for our vacation leave so we could have enough time to scout for a place. There are a lot of factors that need to be considered when choosing for a community to live in especially in our case since we are looking forward for a long period of time. We wanted a community that would be nearby our workplace, grocery stores, hospitals, schools, church and malls. It has been three days since we started our search and luckily we found just the right place. We found the size of the lot we preferred and good thing that our negotiation with the owner went well. Now we needed to find a builder that can meet our budget. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find one but I have a feeling that the long wait would soon be over. So during my free time I kept on searching the web for a builder. Then one time I was redirected to Manufactured homes site and even found Manufactured homes for sale and New manufactured homes for sale. I find it very interesting so I kept on checking out their site. I saw the model photos of the interior and exterior designs of the house and also read the testimonials of their customers. I knew then that it is the one that we are looking for. So as soon as I got home, I told my husband about it and showed to him the model photos. We both found the designs that we like for our bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms. So the following day we gave them a call and discussed our requirements. Fortunately, we were able to get a great deal and we even had enough money left to buy new furniture and appliances. We are looking forward to see our dream house and we are confident of its quality since the builder is one of the most trusted and experienced in its industry.
